RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Customer Care for a Return Authorisation (RA) number within 28 days of receipt of product. Customised product or product that has been damaged/abused may not be returned under any circumstances. For all other products, if the item is returned in the original packaging, we will provide you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to us within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the Return Authorisation Number. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that was included with the product. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee.
Alpha Performance is pleased to be able to extend our returns policy for the Christmas/Holiday season so all purchases from November 1st to December 20th may be returned up to and including January 31st. Please remember that Alpha Performance Custom Products cannot be returned once purchased.
Follow these simple steps for to begin a returns process:

- Submit your order number and email address used to make the order, making sure to include #. e.g (#123456)
- You return will then be processed by our team. You will receive a decision within two working days as to our decision on your return.
Store credit, Refund or Exchange:
Once your return has been processed and approved you will be informed of the following steps to return your item. Once returned, your refund or store credit will be applied within 5 days, in the case of a exchange, your exchange will be sent it out with 5 days of receiving your return, and it has arrived in a suitable condition.
SWITZERLAND & NORWAY RETURNS
As Switzerland and Norway are outside of the EU there may be a small delay due to customs import before your return is processed by our central facility in the Netherlands.
In the EU you have the right to return purchases within 14 days for a full refund. You can do so for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind. However customised products are not returnable or refundable under any circumstances. This 14 day period does not apply. Your statutory rights are not affected.
RETURN AUTHORISATION (RA) NUMBER REQUIRED
All products being returned must have a Return Authorisation number in order process a refund. Goods returned without an authorised number may be delayed and/or returned to sender. Product must be returned within 28 days of issuance of Return Authorisation number. Original freight charges are not refundable.
14-DAY RETURN PERIOD
You must request a Return Authorisation number within 14 days of the date of the original invoice. Securely package items, as we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
MISSING ITEM OR DAMAGED PRODUCT FEE
Additional fees will be charged for any product missing from the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories, and/or manuals (i.e. any product not in “sellable” condition).
LIMTIED LIFE TIME WARRANTY:
If you discover a material or manufacturing defect, we will replace or repair the item at our discretion, in accordance with local law and our warranty claims process as it may be updated from time to time. This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, solvents, cleaning liquids, damage during transport, or any modification.
CUSTOM GOODS/TEAM ORDERS:
Our limited lifetime guarantee extends to our custom goods and team bulk orders. If you discover a material or manufacturing defect, we will replace or repair the item at our discretion, in accordance with local law and our warranty claims process as it may be updated from time to time. This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, solvents, cleaning liquids, damage during transport, or any modification.
- Reverse Kiss Cut Numbers Limited Life Time Warranty
- We have a extended warranty on any of our team bulk order products that have reverse kiss cut decoration, this decoration is guaranteed for the life time of the product (2-3 seasons sport dependant). If there is a fault with said decoration, and the fault is deemed by our RMA team to be techinical, a replacement product will be provided.
Once Alpha Performance© delivers your purchase (retail/bulk) to a courier/shipping partner, you agree to indemnify us against unless loss of damage. If a product was damaged during flight, transport or by any carrier, you must immediately report such damage directly to the transport operator or carrier, as this damage is expressly not covered by Alpha Performance.
We also cannot be held responsible for loss, damage or cost resulting from the use or loss of our products. Please note that general wear and tear, including but not limited to the breakdown of colours and materials over time, is not considered a material or manufacturing defect and is therefore not covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty was crafted with the same regard for detail that is applied to every item we produce and is our commitment to your continued enjoyment of Alpha. Performance products. We will not honour fake or fraudulent warranty claims and reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject any warranty claims which we suspect to be fraudulent.
Where a sample order has been agreed as returnable, they should be returned to AP within 14 days of the despatch date. Any samples returned outside of this time will not be accepted and you will not be eligible for a refund of your deposit. The garment must be returned in their original condition with all labels, tags and bags intact, soiled Samples will incur a €10 dry cleaning charge per item. Damaged garments will result in the deposit being retained. Bespoke and customised orders are non-returnable when purchased as a sample.
Please take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession. We ask that all labels and tags are not removed until you are sure that you are keeping your goods, along with any original packaging, to avoid rejection of your return. This is applicable for both faulty and non-faulty items. Goods should not be soiled or damaged in any way.
Returned orders should be sent via courier or registered post to ensure if can be tracked in the event the courier fails to deliver your parcel to AP. AP are not responsible for returns that do not arrive. All return costs are payable by the customer, except where a manufacturing fault has been confirmed by AP. We will then refund the return postage costs up to €10 inc VAT for UK returns and €20 inc VAT for international returns. Proof of postage will be required before any credit or refund is processed.
